If you already have Windows 10 Pro installed, you can upgrade to Windows 10 Pro for Workstations by entering your product key in Settings > Activation.
If Windows 10 Pro is not yet installed, follow the steps below to install it first.
You can also upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro using a Pro key, then enter your Workstations key to complete the upgrade.
Step 1: Download Windows 10 Pro
Use the button below to download Windows 10 as an ISO file directly from Microsoft. You’ll be redirected to the language based on your system. To change the language, scroll to the bottom left and click the globe icon.
Step 2: Install Windows 10 Pro
Important: Do not enter your product key during installation. If you do, the wrong edition of Windows may be installed.
When prompted, select “I don’t have a product key”.
On the next screen, choose Windows 10 Pro from the list.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.
Once installed, go to Settings > Activation and enter your Windows 10 Pro for Workstations product key to activate the system.
